Google Broad Core Algorithm Update November 2021

Google has released a “broad” Core update on 17th November 2021 to improve the search engine result page (SERP) for all the search engine users. This new algorithm update is not targeting any specific group of websites.

In simple words, this update has been introduced to make sure that the user only gets the best-ranked results for their search query.

What changes with this update is still not sure until the webmasters notice some drop in their rankings.

As per the google core update guidelines, it reassesses the overall content to improve their system. It may enhance ranking or suppress some rank depending on the quality of content, design, and other factors.

So, if your page ranking is dropped from the position, it is a sign that the system has reassessed your page, and there is better content to show for the same query on which you are ranking previously.

The Google November Core 2021 Update is still in progress and will take 10 to 12 days to roll out fully.Let’s look into the Google guidelines for Core Update:

1. Content should provide original information which well researched and analyzed.
2. Content should provide comprehensive and insightful information.
3. The headline and title should be relevant, descriptive, and helpful. Don’t exaggerate or add shocking elements.
4. Content should be written by an expert or enthusiast who knows the topic very well.
5. Content should not be free from grammatically and written carefully.
6. Don’t add excessive ads in between the content, which deviates the visitor from reading it.
7. The content should provide “substantial” value to the users as compared to the other pages in search results.
8. Content should be focused on solving real issues and not to write only for ranking it on Google SERP.
