COMPENSATION
Payment in advance is required for all services.
The Client Organization agrees to make all "One-time Services" payments in advance, either by purchasing directly on our website, through our online gateway, or by check at the time of signing any Agreement to initiate any service.
For "Monthly Services," the Client Organization agrees to pay by automatic credit card transactions, including monthly fees and additional fees for any purchased services. Invoices will be issued and automatic transactions processed on the Renewal Date.
Konvert Klicks Pvt Ltd reserves the right to assess and collect late-payment charges of 1.5% per month on past due balances.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All agreements may be terminated with or without cause by either party upon thirty (30) days' written notice. Please refer to the cancellation policy.
Please refer to the Refund Policy. Konvert Klicks Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel any agreement on projects that are abandoned or lay dormant for more than 30 days with or without notice.
COMPLETION OF WORK
Delays caused by the Client Organization's failure to supply necessary content may result in extended deadlines. Konvert Klicks Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel any agreement on projects abandoned or dormant for more than 30 days with or without notice.
Shipment Contract
Time is crucial in business, and we ensure initial digital marketing strategies within 48-72 hours via email. We are not responsible for failing to meet deadlines not pre-approved in writing by both parties. Full payment is due when placing an order.
CONTENT MATERIALS
The Client Organization must provide all required content materials, and Boral Agency cannot be held responsible for copyright infringements caused by materials submitted.
For Copywriting Services, initial drafts will be provided for approval, with 2 additional revisions allowed. The Client Organization holds complete rights to display, publish, sell, and reproduce the Content Materials.
DOMAIN NAMES AND WEB HOSTING
Hosting and domain are not included in the Website Design price. The Client Organization is responsible for obtaining their domain and hosting through Konvert Klicks Pvt Ltd or a third-party company of their choice. Additional expenses, such as domain registration and web hosting, may apply.
REVISIONS
Three major revisions to the design are offered. Any major deviations from the approved design may incur additional charges.
PROJECT DELAYS, CLIENT LIABILITY, AND APPROVALS
Client Organization's full cooperation and timely provision of content are essential. Failure to provide necessary materials causing a delay may result in a waiting period. On completion of the work, Client Organization will be notified and can review the project, with nothing being published without approval.
WARRANTY BY YOU AS TO OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Client Organization must obtain all necessary permissions for the use of materials supplied. Konvert Klicks Pvt Ltd is not responsible for claims or legal actions related to materials provided for the website.
LICENSING
Upon website publication, Konvert Klicks Pvt Ltd grants the Client Organization a license to use the website, software, and contents for the life of the website.
NON-DISCLOSURE
Konvert Klicks Pvt Ltd and any subcontractors engaged will not divulge any proprietary information and will protect such information as confidential.
ADDITIONAL EXPENSES
Any additional expenses, including the purchase of templates, third-party software, stock photographs, fonts, domain name registration, web hosting, or comparable expenses, will be reimbursed by the Client Organization.
