Our Story
It started with two people deciding not to work for anyone else.
Ankit Saxena & Hemant Panchratan
In 2016, Ankit and Hemant were two engineers having the conversation everybody in their twenties has — what do we actually want to do next? Neither answer was "keep doing this." The discussion kept coming back to the same thing: they had both watched agencies charge good businesses real money for work nobody could explain.
So they started their own. No investors, no borrowed playbook, and a client list of exactly zero. The first year was the two of them doing everything — the pitching, the work, the reporting, the invoicing.
If a report needs translating before you understand it, that's our mistake, not your gap.
By 2017 there was enough work that doing it alone stopped being honest, so they hired the first employee. In 2019 the company became a private limited. In 2022 it moved into a bigger office because the old one had run out of desks.
That's the whole growth story. There was never a plan to become large — there was a plan to be the kind of agency the two of them had wanted to hire and couldn't find. Twelve people is what that turned out to require. The ones leading your work have been here five, six, ten years.

Our Milestones
Built steadily, not theatrically.
Konvert Klicks begins
Hemant and Ankit start the agency in Bhopal around a shared belief in clearer, more accountable marketing.
The first employee
Two people could no longer cover the work honestly. Rather than take on more than they could deliver, they hired. That's still the rule — headcount follows the work, never the other way round.
Became a private limited company
Konvert Klicks Pvt Ltd. A real entity, real books, real contracts — the boring paperwork that makes a business something you can actually check.
A bigger office
The move was driven by having run out of room. A growing team needed a workspace that could hold it — one office, just a larger one. We didn't open a second city.
Completed 10 Years
SEO, paid media, social, web design, content and CRO — all of it in-house. Twelve of us, one office, that's the whole supply chain.
