Websites that convert, load fast, and stay easy to edit after we leave.
WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify and high-velocity landing pages, built by a small in-house team since 2016. 140+ sites shipped, 12-person agency, one office in Bhopal, no offshore handoff, no template-shop assembly lines.

If you've been here before
You probably know most website projects go sideways.
Six things we hear over and over from clients describing how their last website project went. None of these are made up.
Website projects fail in predictable ways: scope creep that the agency happily prices in, "we'll figure that out in development", a launch six months late with a 200-plugin tech-debt stack, and a final invoice that's 2× the proposal.
We started building this practice in 2014 because we'd watched too many founders inherit websites their internal team couldn't touch. Beautiful on day one. Untouchable on day 90.
If any of the things on the right sound familiar, we've probably heard it before from someone we now work with.

The right platform for the job — not just the one we know.

How the work is structured
Two services. Organic and paid, kept separate on purpose.
Social is really two jobs that need genuinely different mindsets — building an audience, and buying attention. Most agencies blur them and one gets starved. We run two coordinated teams. Start with either; run both when you're ready.

What we actually do
Eight Services, Done Properly.
We don't claim to do every framework on earth. We do eight kinds of project, and we say no to things outside that. Most engagements are one of these — bigger ones combine two or three.
WordPress + Divi Builds
Our default stack. Marketing sites, service businesses, B2B. Native Divi 5, no ACF, drag-and-drop for editors.
eCommerce sites
D2C stores up to ~1000 SKUs. Product schema, payment gateways, checkout optimisation, India + international shipping.
Conversion Landing Pages
Single-page builds for PPC and ABM campaigns. Built to test, instrumented for CRO, shipped in 2–3 weeks.
UX & Information Architecture
User flows, wireframes, content inventory, navigation redesigns. Sometimes the right answer is "don't rebuild — restructure."
Website Migrations
Replatform, redesign, domain change. Redirect mapping, sitemap regen, SEO preservation. We've migrated sites without losing rankings.
Care Plans & Maintenance
Monthly updates, security patches, uptime monitoring, daily backups, small edits. Predictable monthly fee.
How a build runs
Four phases. Fixed scope. No surprises.
We've run the same process since 2018. The only thing that changes is what we find during the channel audit.
01
Week 1 to 2
Discovery Call & UX Audit
Stakeholder interviews, current-site audit, content inventory, sitemap, user flows, wireframes. You sign off on a structured plan before design.
02
Week 3-5
Design using Figma
Figma designs for key pages, then component library, then full screens. Two review rounds in the price. Mobile, tablet, desktop.
03
Week 6-9
Building Site & QA
If we think we can help, we propose a strategy doc plus production cadence, content pillars and named formats. If we don't fit, we say so.
04
Week 10
Launch & handover
Go-live with a 48-hour war-room. Editor training. 30 days of post-launch support. Then care plan or self-managed — your call.
How we approach web differently
Three principles. Not tricks.
Building a website isn't a vibe — it's UX, code, performance and conversion thinking, run by people who'll still answer the phone three months after launch.

01 · UX before pixels
We wireframe before we design.
Every project starts with low-fidelity wireframes, a content inventory and a conversion-flow map. Most hard decisions get made in greyscale, where it's cheap to change them. By the time we open Figma, the structure is locked.

02 · Build for editors
The CMS we ship is one your team can run.
Default stack is WordPress + Divi 5 (no ACF, minimal plugins) so non-technical editors can update anything without a developer. For ecommerce, Woo or Shopify. We pick the stack that fits your team — not the one that locks you in to us.

03 · Performance is a feature
Good PageSpeed Score on launch, every time.
Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) are not an afterthought. We audit performance on every commit. No production launch goes live with a mobile PageSpeed under 90. We've held our own launches by a week to fix this.
How we communicate
Three things you'll get every week.
Paid media moves fast and most of the work is invisible. So we over-communicate on what's running, what's changing and what's coming next.
Weekly Demo
A 5–8 minute Loom walkthrough of the staging build each Friday. Review on your own time, not at our pace. No mandatory meetings.
Friday Written Update
Every Friday: what's done, what's queued, what we need from you, what we discovered that wasn't in scope. Email, not Slack chaos.
Bi-weekly working call
30 minutes every two weeks for live decisions and reviews. Run by the designer and PM, founder at major milestones. No padding.

Your website is your hardest-working employee.
It sells 24/7, never calls in sick, and scales infinitely. A slow, confusing site is a salesperson who mumbles and hides the price.
The website is where every other channel lands. SEO, paid, social, email — they all point here. If this leaks, everything upstream leaks with it.
Reason 01
Speed is revenue, measurably.
Every additional second of load time drops conversion. Moving from a 5s to a 1.5s LCP routinely lifts conversions double digits. Performance isn't vanity — it's money.
Reason 02
An editable CMS makes you fast.
When your team can ship a landing page in an afternoon without a dev ticket, you test more, learn faster, and stop waiting on an agency.
Reason 03
It's the make-or-break for paid media.
The best ad in the world dies on a bad landing page. Quality Score, CPA and ROAS all depend on the page. Web and paid are the same problem.
Reason 04
It's your credibility in three seconds.
Buyers judge trust before they read a word. A fast, accessible, well-built site says "these people are serious" faster than any copy can.
Reason 05
Accessibility is trust (and increasingly, law).
A WCAG-compliant site reaches more people, ranks better, and protects you legally. We build to AA as standard, not as an upsell.

Our Client Voices
What our clients actually say.
20+ verified reviews across Google, and GoodFirms — averaging 4.8 / 5.
Meet the Team
No layers to hide behind.
We're a small digital marketing agency from Bhopal, founded in 2016 by two engineers who'd been lied to by their own agencies one too many times.
Average tenure of the web team: 4.3 years. We pair a senior designer with a senior developer on every build — no junior-only delivery. That's how scope creep gets caught early and timelines hold.
Let’s build your next campaign
Tell us what you’re trying to grow. We’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit — we turn down about 40% of inbound.
Frequently Asked Questions
The questions we get every week.
Answered honestly. If yours isn't here, email info@konvertklicks.com — Hemant or Ankit replies personally.
What does a website project actually include?
WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Shopify or custom — which is right?
WordPress + Divi 5 for most marketing sites: best editor flexibility, lowest cost-to-edit, biggest skill pool to hire later. Webflow or Framer when design fidelity and animation matter more than a plugin ecosystem — Framer for the fastest, most design-led launches. WooCommerce for D2C up to ~10k SKUs; Shopify for higher-volume D2C or brands that want hosted simplicity. Custom Web Design when design or performance ambition exceeds what any builder allows. We tell you which fits in the first call — we don't push a stack just because we like it.
Will I work with juniors or the senior team?
What's in the free site audit?
Will I be able to edit the site after handover?
Yes — that's the point. Our default WordPress builds use Divi 5's drag-and-drop with no ACF custom fields and minimal plugins. Anyone on your team who can use Notion or Canva can update pages, hero images, copy, blog posts, team members, services, the lot. We include a 90-minute editor training call and a written cheat sheet. We've had clients ship 50+ edits in their first quarter without contacting us once.
What happens after launch?
60 days of post-launch support is included — fixes, small tweaks, performance tuning. After that you can either: take it in-house (we hand over everything), pay per project for occasional updates, or sign up for a care plan (from ₹15K/month) that covers monthly updates, security patches, daily backups, uptime monitoring and 2 hours of small edits.
