When you engage our services, you acknowledge that our fees are either retainer-based or project-based, covering a defined period or until project completion. As we embark on your project, we commit to delivering the agreed-upon services.

However, we understand that results in marketing (online or offline) can fluctuate month to month, and website designs undergo various phases. It's important to note that there are no quick fixes; immediate results are not guaranteed.

Once our services have been provided, we do not offer refunds. This policy aligns with the principle of compensating for the work performed, akin to compensating an employee for their efforts after a two-week pay period.

Should you encounter any dissatisfaction with our work, please communicate it to us promptly. We pledge to make every effort to address and resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

If, despite our efforts, we are unable to resolve an issue to your contentment, our monthly retainer services (unless otherwise specified in your individual contract) can be cancelled.

To initiate the cancellation process, submit a written, 30-day notice to our company. Our terms of service provide further details on our refund policy.

In cases where a specific service cannot be completed due to our capabilities, we are open to discussing a refund or offering an alternative service that aligns with your needs, subject to mutual agreement.
